Meet the Family and the Team
Andrew Dyke, NSch, FRAgS, MIAgrm - Director
Having spent a lifetime in commerce, Andrew has a wide range of experience from rural business to project management for international companies. He has experience in property, energy and telecom industries, as well as land based and rural issues.
Andrew has travelled and studied rural issues in many countries of the world. He has held senior positions within agricultural lobbying organisations and is enthusiastic about the opportunities for business in rural areas. Over the years Andrew has sat on a number of committees related to business and rural matters, contributing to the media on rural issues.

Yvonne Dyke - Director
Yvonne manages customer relations for the Business Park and campsite with the wealth of knowledge she has acquired through a career in the senior management of NHS hotel services division.
When Yvonne and Andrew married in 1984, she moved into the role of accounts manager and administrator for the Farm. and together Yvonne and Andrew have developed Pineapple into the thriving business of today, whilst ensuring that friendly, family nature was maintained.
These are huge achievements, given that she has also brought up three daughters in this time.
Pete Pinkett - landscape gardener
Pete has been with the Dyke family for 20+ years. Initially as a tractor driver, when the dairy farm was in operation, and since 2003 as landscape-gardener.
Pete is always cheerful, has a friendly smile or wave for everyone as he travels around the Pineapple Business Park. He is a man of many talents... as he can repair almost anything and looks after the landscape maintenance.
Tracy O'Hagan - Business Administrator
Tracy joined the Pineapple team in September 2005 and is responsible for all administrative matters concerning Pineapple.
It is due to her that our office runs smoothly!
Tracy is an invaluable part of the team and always knows the answers to those difficult questions.
Claire is currently living in Wellington, New Zealand managing a complex of bars and restaurants. She has been here for a year and a half and has picked up a good amount of Kiwi slang!
Claire is able to use her international lifestyle and hospitality experience to advise the family on new and exciting ideas.
Before moving to the other side of the world Claire worked in Zambia as the manager of a safari camp.
She studied politics at Swansea University and after graduating she moved to London for a few years.
Claire and her partner Reece enjoy going for hikes across the stunning landscapes and she loves the New Zealand lifestyle but comes back regularly to see everyone, as there's nowhere quite like Pineapple.
Steph Dyke - Trainee Manager
Steph works for Pineapple every Friday as Trainee Manager; Steph is learning to co-manage the Campsite and Business Park and is working to establish new projects.
Steph works in London four days a week at a Campaigning Headquarters as an Executive Assistant.
Prior to this Steph has volunteered abroad for International Development Projects and worked in the hospitality & agricultural industries. Steph studied Agriculture at university and college.
Steph loves the countryside, especially West Dorset, as we are blessed with the beautiful coast and being in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Steph loves making homemade food such as rearing her own pigs and making homemade Elderflower cordial.
Hannah Dyke – Social Media Manager
Hannah works for Pineapple undertaking the Social Media for the business park and campsite. In the summer months, she also helps run the campsite and aids with the daily running of Pineapple.
Hannah has recently graduated from the University of Nottingham reading Management and is excited about applying her degree to Pineapple.
During her years in education, Hannah has been lucky enough to study and work abroad. As much as she loves travelling, she’s always happy to return home to Pineapple.
